ViTrains latest Class 37s

Two more ‘Tractors’ from the Italian firm.

37156 and 37421

MAKING UP THE latest arrivals from ViTrains are ‘Dutch’ liveried Class 37/0 No. 37156 British Steel Hunterston and Railfreight Petroleum liveried Class 37/4 No. 37421 Strombidae.

The ETH fitted Class 37/4 is as previous examples, and includes nose ends with prototypically correct lamp bracket positioning, while No. 37156 (Cat No. 2022) sports a headlight over the previous Class 37/0 release, BR blue painted No. 37131, released a month or so back.

No. 37421 (Cat No. 2015) also features the name Strombidae, which it carried for a short while, and tampo printed Immingham depot plaques. The livery is well applied, with painted yellow ends, as we have come to expect from this company.

RRP for the two models is £59.95 each.
