Features: RAIL EXPRESS previews the forthcoming key diesel and electric era modelling friendly shows at Railex Aylesbury, Trainwest Melksham and expoEM Bletchley with a complementary photo feature on Chris Nevard’s outstanding micro-layout Cement Quay.
